and gain clarityMy passion is facilitating transformation at the deepest level by clearing up all your unfinished business, tapping into your Higher Self and creating a life that expresses your unique truth.

How do I do this? There are three layers to my approach:

  1. Inner Healing:

Clearing and cleansing your mind, body and soul of all that is burdening you and holding you captive. This may include: inner child issues, negative attachments to old relationships, issues of grief, loss and abandonment, negative core beliefs, coping mechanisms and patterns, generational issues and issues around forgiveness of self and others. In this stage of therapy, we will work collaboratively to decide on which methods to use and  may include: compassionate talk therapy, debriefing childhood using attachment and schema models, core profiling, guided meditation and visualisation, processing loss, and interpersonal therapy.

  1. Identification with your Higher Self:

Your Higher Self is the wise and evolved part of you. It is an agent of your Soul.

In therapy you learn how to energetically connect to your Higher Self (Wise Mind) and  how to act from this insightful part of you. You will feel more expansive and see situations from a higher perspective.

The healing journey includes recognising when we are acting from our Lower Self (the “negative Ego self”) and having the capacity to shift to the Higher Self. This is an ongoing practice.

  1. Transformational Methods & Practices:

It’s important  when you get  triggered and go into a negative coping mechanism, that you  are equipped with a method that can a) help you learn from the incident and b) empower you to shift your reaction and change your programing (re-wire your brain). I offer a few methods to assist with this.

Once you start letting go of old patterns, roles and Soul wounds, your inner world will feel lighter and more spacious.

You will come to realise that your only real need is to awaken to the truth of who you are. This can only be known through direct experience. Guided visualisations and quiet meditation are two methods that help you connect with your soul and gain clarity on your purpose and direction.

A lifetime of experience!

Barb currently lives on the beautiful Sunshine Coast in Queensland. She loves the simple joys in life: walks on the beach, conversations over a coffee or meal, having a massage, watching the sunset and the full moon rise, traveling to new places & experiencing new things, connecting & sharing stories with newfound friends, hanging out in her garden, going on rainforest walks, snorkeling, practicing yoga with others, sitting around an outdoor fire with friends. In short, Barb loves tapping into “flow,” living in the moment, finding her bliss in the simplicity and beauty of life.
